Ride into the high country where mountain trails, towering pines, and snow-capped peaks create the backdrop for a classic Western adventure.
Colorado High Country captures two horseback riders making their way along a rugged mountain trail beneath the magnificent peaks of the Colorado Rockies. Dressed in traditional Western attire and surrounded by evergreen forests and alpine scenery, the riders evoke an earlier era when the best way to experience the mountains was from the saddle.
Bold vintage-style lettering gives the artwork the character of a classic Colorado travel or adventure poster, while painterly brushwork and rich earthy colors bring warmth and texture to the scene. Deep forest greens, mountain blues, warm browns, golden grasses, and touches of red create a nostalgic palette that feels right at home in Western, rustic, lodge, ranch, or mountain décor.
Perfect for horse lovers, Colorado travelers, Western enthusiasts, mountain homes, cabins, ranches, offices, and anyone who remembers—or dreams of—riding a trail high in the Rocky Mountains.
